This is healthy drink in summer. Instead of consuming coke, pepsi or ready to drink juices, you can make sour and sweet healthy drink in
summer which has many benefits.
Raw Mango is a natural cooler. it will cool your body in summers and prevents you from heat stroke.
Raw mangoes are rich in vitamin c.
Aam panna is good diagestive and helps in preventing stomach problems in the summers.
2 medium sized raw mangoes any varieties
1 liter plus more water
1/2 tea spoon salt or as per your taste
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder or flakes
1/2 tea spoon or more chaat masala
1/2 tea spoon roasted ground cumin
1 cup sugar – more or less as per your taste.
crushed fresh mint
Ice cubes
Method:
Wash clean and peel raw mangoes.
cut into large slices and discard seeds.
Take a large microwave safe glass or ceramic bowl.
Put sliced mangoes in the bowl add some water to cover the mangoes completely.
Microwave high for 10- 15 minutes in 5 minutes burst.
Remove the bowl and let it cool for some time.
With hand blender puree the cooked mango.
pour puree 1 liter water sugar and all the spiced and blend well with blender till smooth drink.
check the seasonings add crushed mint and lots of ice cubes and serve chilled any time of the day.

Note: you can also make meetha pana (ripe mango cooler) with ripe mangoes. it will be sweet and slightly thick.
you need less sugar for ripe mangoes. it depend on the sweetness of the fruit.
