Some facts about cauliflower:
Broccoli and cauliflower are so similar in how they look and how they grow. Heck, they're even often served together. So, it's easy to see why people may think of cauliflower as a "white broccoli." While they do have a lot in common with each other, they are two completely different vegetables.

The two cruciforous vegetables are in the same family, and they have some striking similarities in how they look, both as a plant and when harvested. they contain some of the same nutritional structure, both high in vitamin C and fiber. Broccoli also contains vitamin A, which cauliflower does not. But, cauliflower is lower in calories than broccoli.
