Pan fried chicken







Ingredients:

400-500 gm chicken
2-3 Large onions sliced.
ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon optional
2-3 green chilies sliced
Olive oil, Salt, chili, pepper
Apple cider vinegar 1-2 spoons
coriander for garnishing

Method:
Heat olive oil in a wok
Add onion chicken pieces, green chilies, ginger garlic paste.
Cover and cook on slow flame for some time till chicken is cooked. 
Roast chicken on high flame.
Add apple cider vinegar 1-2 spoons, chili,salt and pepper.
Stir and serve hot garnish with coriander.
