Eggless Mayo

Home made egg less mayonnaise is very easy to make. You need basic ingredients which are easily available at home to make this dip.
Very tasty can be used in any dish. Better than store brought.  No adder preservatives and flavors.




Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of Flour (maida)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • salt as per your taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

Method:


  1. Make white sauce with the flour, fat and milk. If lumps are there you can strain through strainer to get lump free smooth paste.
  2. When cold, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill it, and your mayonnaise is ready.
  4. Keep this in an airtight bottle in the fridge for 5-6 days. 

    You can use egg less mayonnaise as a dip, salad dressing or spread it on bread, burger or hot dog.
    it goes very well in vegitarian or non ver sandwiches too.
