Tea Punch (Iced Tea)
Ingredients:
2 tea bags Non flavor(strong tea)
½ liter Boiling hot water
½ liter chilled water
5-6 table spoons of Sugar
2 lemons (medium size)
Lemon slice
Spring of fresh mint optional
Ice Cubes
Method:
Boil water.
Boil water.
Remove from fire
Add Tea bags
Infuse the tea bags in boiling hot water for couple of minutes
Stir and remove the tea bags.
Discard the tea bags
Add sugar as per taste and dissolve.
Add chilled water, lemon juice and fresh mint and stir well.
Top with ice cubes.
Serve in tall glasses.
