Macaroni Salad
Easy-to-follow MacaroniSalad recipe. Macaroni salad is a type of pasta salad, served cold made with cooked elbow macaroni and usually prepared with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
2 cups boiled macaroni or pasta of any shape
1/2 cup red cabbage
1/2 cup American sweet corn boiled ( You can remove corn from the cob cook covered in microwave for 3-4 minutes)
1/2 cup English cucumber diced
1 small carrot cubed or cut lengthwise.
1 small red onion cut in half rings
1 small piece of celery sliced thinly ( You can use coriander or parsley as per your choice or taste).
Note: you can add choice of your vegetables like boiled french beans, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, Chinese cabbage, olives, gherkins etc. choice is unlimited and it depends of availability.
For the dressing:
2 or more table spoons of mayonnaise regular or vegetarian
1 table spoon of thick curd
couple of table spoons of olive oil
dash of lemon juice
1/2 tea spoon or more sugar
salt, pepper and chilli flakes as per your taste
(You can make your own chilli flakes at home. Roast some dry chillies cool and grind in mixer in shot bursts)
Method:
Take two bowls one small and one large.

In a large bowl put boiled macaroni and a table spoon of olive oil and mix.
Olive oil will prevent the macaroni to stick
Add desired vegetables
Now make the dressing:
Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly with a spoon or fork. you need to beat it for a minute.
You can use whisker if you want.
Add dressing in the salad. and mix thoroughly.
Cover with cling film and chill in fridge for at least 1/2 an hour before serving.
