Spicy Chicken
Spicy chicken is easy to make recipe which you can prepare within minutes.
No need of browning the onions and making masala.
It is fast to cook, tasty and spicy.
It goes well with every thing: Soft fresh bread, boiled rice, Nan, Paranthas, chapaties or kulcha.
Whenever I am late in making dinner. This is my quick fix.

Ingredients:
400-500 gm chicken with bones
Potatoes 2 medium (peeled washed and quartered)
2 medium size onion (Sliced)
1 Star aniseed, 1 Bay Leaf, 3 clove 1" piece cinnamon
4 green chilly slit lengthwise
Ginger garlic paste 1 table Spoon
Salt, Pepper,Red chilly powder as per your taste
!/2 tea spoon Turmeric powder
Olive oil 3-4 Table spoon (or any other oil or ghee)
Method:
Heat olive oil in a cooker add 1 Star aniseed, 1 Bay Leaf, 3 clove 1" piece cinnamon.
Add ginger Garlic paste - stir, add sliced onion fry for two minutes.
Do not brown the onions.
Add 4 green chilly.
Add chicken and potatoes
Add salt pepper, red chilly powder and turmeric.
Mix well.
All 1 cup or more water.
Pressure cook on high flame until two whistles.
Switch off the gas.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes (Don't take out the steam. Chicken will cook in the steam)
Check the seasoning and gravy.
If it is less add 1/2 cup of water and boil.
Garnish with fresh coriander. and garam masala (optional)
Serve piping hot Spicychicken with fresh steamed Rice or Chapati.
