Ingredients:

  • 4 medium size tomatoes. (1 tomato for each bowl)
  • 3 cups or more water
  • 1 Table spoon sugar
  • 4 table spoon corn flour
  • Salt and pepper as per your taste.
Utensils:
For four Soup Bowls 1 large Glass, ceramic or plastic Bowl with lid, I will suggest always use Pyrex, Borosil or good quality glass bowls in microwave.because they are non toxin.Strainer Plastic or mesh.Serving spoon or large spoon.Small bowl, tea spoon and soup bowls and soup spoons. 

Method:
Take a Large glass bowl. Wash tomatoes and put a cross with a knife on each tomato.Add 2 cups of water.Cover the bowl loosely with the lid and microwave high for 7- 10 minutes.Remove let it cool for 2 minutes. Now remove the lid and puree tomatoes in blender or with hand blender.Strain in another bowl pressing down the pulp with the help of spoon or your hand.Discard all the seeds and skin.Pour the pulpy liquid back in glass bowl.Take one cup of water and 4 Table spoon of corn flour and sugar. Stir thoroughly. make sure it is lump free.Add into tomato juice stir and microwave high for 7-10 minutes without lid.In between stir once.*Check the thickness of the soup. if it is thick add some water. If it is to runny add some water and corn flour paste.Microwave for couple of minutes. Remove add  Salt and fresh grounded pepper as per your taste and serve.You can garnish it  with a dollop of butter or  swirl of cream  or simply with a spring of fresh cilantro.Any way it is yum.
You can enjoy tomato soup with whole wheat fresh garden sandwiches.
